We have a time each Sunday morning especially to meet the needs of the children. Our group is called "The Rock" which reminds us that Jesus is The Rock. He is rock solid and children also can come to trust in Him and in His Word, the Bible. Children join in with the whole church on a Sunday morning at 10.00 a.m. next to the Beckenham shopping centre.

We sing together and then anyone from the congregation can come up to share very briefly of something which the Lord has done for them during the week. After this the children are prayed for and move to groups in their own rooms. The older children have a Bible message suited to their age group with a Bible verse to learn and a related activity for the topic. There is also prayer in this space for and sometimes by the children.

For the younger children there is a song, a Bible story, a simple Bible truth to learn with a prayer and an activity. We currently have a team of four people who rotate approximately each month for each of the two age groups. All the teachers have been police checked. When there is a holiday, the children join in with the whole congregation and later have snacks and a Bible activity to do while the message is given to the adults.
